Reality XP Customer Support Policy

Our goal for providing support at Reality XP is 100% customer satisfaction. Regardless of which Reality XP product offering is the right tool for you, we work diligently to provide the highest quality and most current technical support through our online support site.

Reality XP provides free, person-to-person support for the current and previous version of its products. Reality XP also supports its products that were released within the past two years. Reality XP offers free, self-serve support only for its products released over two years ago, or which have had more than two subsequent releases.

Liability Statement

If you request the customer support staff from Reality XP (RXP) to assist you in diagnosing and correcting a problem that is perceived to be related to the software purchased from RXP or one of its affiliated partners, you agree that RXP is not liable for any damage to your equipment or software on your computer as a result of providing that support (either directly or through actions taken by you that are attributable to advice provided by RXP). You further agree that in the course of providing this customer support, should RXP become witness to any materials that constitutes or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, or is otherwise unlawful, RXP may without further recourse report such incident to the appropriate authorities.


Refunds will be given if the Incident submitted exposes a bug in Reality XP software, which can't be addressed or limits the usefulness of the software for what it is intended.
